Are you interested in joining a high performing, self-empowered team charged with driving market experimentation of products that help us serve customers in new ways by leveraging home telematics, machine learning, cloud computing, and other leading-edge technologies?
We are seeking candidates with strong data engineering experience and an eagerness to work through product development during various stages of ambiguity/uncertainty. Applicants are required to have a creative mindset, innovative spirit, and a passion for exploring the possibilities of technology.
Qualifications
Ideal Technology Skills would include multiple of the following:
- 5 or more years of work experience with data engineering in a business environment
- Experience with developing solutions on AWS or other cloud platforms
- Experience with testing and security practices to maintain and create new applications
- Python (ex: Django, Flask, Pandas)
- Experience with any opensource database such as PostgreSql, MySQL. Etc.
- CI/CD background: (ex: Gitlab)
- Infrastructure as Code (e.g.: Terraform, Cloud Formation)
- Track record of building and maintaining data pipelines for the development, implementation, execution, validation, monitoring, and improvement of data science solutions
Required Soft Skills:
- Strong communication and relationship building skills to positively interact with business partners and internal team members
- Ability to contribute towards and execute upon an iterative approach for solutions
- Ability to quickly adapt to a changing environment
- Ability to foster innovation, encourage diversity of thought, and incorporate new ideas
- Experience with Agile and Product Management methodologies

Salary Range: $91,870.00 - $221,250.00
