The Role
Bitly is looking for an Analytics Engineer who is passionate about data, analytics, and business intelligence. Our Business Intelligence team believes in the power of information, and we work hard to make data available and actionable by everyone in the company. As an Analytical Engineer, it will be your job to design and build our data warehouse, maintain dbt models feeding this warehouse, become an expert on Bitly’s massive data sets, and assist analysts in answering critical business questions.
If you want to create the foundation for data-driven transformation at a growing company, we would love to meet you.
This role reports to the Director of Business Intelligence on the Business Intelligence and Analytics team.

In keeping with our beliefs and goals, no employee or applicant will face discrimination or harassment based on: race, color, ancestry, national origin, religion, age, gender, marital domestic partner status, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability status, or veteran status. Above and beyond discrimination/harassment based on “protected categories,” Bitly also strives to prevent other, subtler forms of inappropriate behavior (e.g., stereotyping) from ever gaining a foothold in our office. Whether blatant or hidden, barriers to success have no place at Bitly.
