Job Description
CVS Health is currently hiring for an Analytics Manager to join our CORAM Analytics Team. In this position, the Analytics Manager will support analytics activity and business reporting needs for operational and financial metrics related to our Specialty pharmacy operations. Leveraging their prior experience and working closely with the Revenue Cycle management team, the successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the development of our analytics strategy.
Support and oversee ongoing intake, execution, and delivery of routine and ad-hoc analytics requests for various stakeholders including Billing Operations, Accounts Receivable, Finance, Accounting, Compliance, Audit, and Executive Leadership.
Leveraging various analytical tools and skills, duties include routine extraction, consolidation, summarization, visualization, quality review, and delivery of data from various and potentially disparate source systems. Additional duties include ongoing management of intake requests, task/project assignment to staff, quality review, periodic status updates, and deliverable timeline management. – 40%
Perform advanced and predictive analysis on raw organizational data from multiple sources, such as electronic health records, data lake, and claims data, using algorithms and statistical programming that provide insights into why something occurred and the likelihood of future events.
Apply knowledge of statistics, machine learning, programming, data modeling, simulation, and advanced mathematics to recognize patterns in raw data and gain key insights into drivers of improved business practices, care delivery, and patient outcomes.

Participate in the design, development, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of operations leadership facing dashboards that summarize and benchmark various revenue cycle performance benchmarks and deviations from expected/targeted trends. – 30%
Participate in the development of comprehensive workflow solutions that support the expansion our analytics strategy, including the development of process improvement and self-service data solutions, report automation, and exception monitoring innovations. – 25%
Execute components of special projects as assigned. – 5%

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 60,300
Maximum: 130,000

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.

Required Qualifications
5+ years of hands-on analytical work experience designing, building, and evaluating analytical datasets with strong focus on action-oriented outcomes
5+ years of strong technical experience including Python, Alteryx, SQL Server, Oracle.
2+ years of SQL experience is required with strong skills in writing advanced SQL functions and procedures
3+ years of experience providing business-related/and or technical subject matter expertise on large, highly complex reporting projects and business analytics to support management, multi-functional departments, staff members and peers

Preferred Qualifications
Ability to quickly develop knowledge and understanding of new domains and underlying data sources Excellent Problem-Solving Skills
2+ years PBM business and related systems experience
3+ years problem solving and analytic ability – understand the big picture, determine business impacts and understand urgency of the matter.
Experience with UI Path
Expert at trouble shooting, performance tuning of reports and resolving issues within Tableau Server and reports.
Ability to interact with all levels of management, including VPs and executives.
Excellent technical skills to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment and good communication and interpersonal skills are a must.
Agile mindset and belief in delivering smaller projects quickly to provide value and gain feedback.

Education
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
Degree preferably in Finance, Analytics, Information Management, Business Administration
