As part of our payor-agnostic product team within “Analytics & Behavior Change”, you will drive the development of innovative patient outreach campaigns for B2B sale from product conception through product launch and management.

About the Job
This is a hands-on lead role responsible for driving the development of a new data-driven population health product in the Medicare health tech space. You will collaborate with our business partners on scoping the product vision and lead a team of 5+ data scientists and data engineers to build, deploy, optimize, and grow the new product. At its core, the product will combine a diagnostic tool to identify potential gaps in medical care with orchestrated multi-channel patient outreach to promote targeted health interventions.

Key responsibilities are focused around the technical development and management of the product:
• Lead collaboration with business and technical stakeholders to design the product.
• Use strong knowledge in algorithms and predictive models to build and optimize diagnostic tool and patient outreach orchestration.
• Collaborate with large teams on data pipeline and model development, deployment, and monitoring.
• Communicate technical content in presentations to business partners and/or leadership teams.
• Lead and mentor team of 5+ data scientists and data engineers and drive MLE excellence across the team.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 115,000
Maximum: 230,000

Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.

Required Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in Python and SQL
• 3+ years of experience developing and implementing data-driven products for business consumption in a technical role
• 2+ years of experience building data pipelines

Preferred Qualifications
• Colleagues in similar roles often have an MS in Computer Science, other engineering discipline, another engineering discipline, or another computer-oriented field (physics, applied math, chemistry, etc.)
• Hands-on experience in Python and SQL writing application/software-grade code
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms and deploying models
• Experience leading a technical team in an agile environment
• Experience with health data
• Passion for developing solutions that improve health outcomes

Education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Economics, Physics, Engineering, or related discipline.
Master’s degree or PhD preferred
