Responsibilities

• Serves as liaison between stakeholders, end users and technical teams.
• Gathers functional end user requirements, consolidates and communicates with developers.
• Designs and develops interactive dashboards.
• Support identification of gaps in available date, identifies potential solutions, and drives communications to resolve issues.
• Performs meeting preparation and facilitation.
• Performs analysis and documentation of data and system requirements.
• Coordinates user acceptance testing.
• Designs and delivers end user training on interactive dashboard apps.
• Provides functional support to end users after deployment, including bug fixes and enhancements.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and at least two year of progressive, relevant technical experience.
• 2 or more years' experience with one or more of the following: dashboard development (e.g., Qlik, Tableau, Power BI), creating and modifying queries and views to obtain/format data using SQL
• Experience with project/change management tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence, Git)
• Extensive experience with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Outlook, and MS TEAMS
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Desired Qualifications

• Experience administering dashboard tools (e.g., Qlik, Tableau, Power BI)
