Definitive Logic is currently seeking an experienced Mid – Level Data Engineer. We are looking for a person who appreciates the opportunity to be independent, creative and challenged. An individual with a curious mind, passionate about solving problems quickly and bringing innovative ideas to the table.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum of four (4+) years of relevant data solution experience.
• Active Interim Secret clearance or higher, or ability to obtain one.
• Background developing solutions for high volume, low latency applications and can operate in a fast paced, highly collaborative environment.
• Distributed computer understanding and experience with SQL, Spark, leading ETL technologies and approaches.
• Ability to develop dashboards, analytics and reports using Microsoft Power BI.
• Certifications to qualify for Army Network Environment Information Assurance (IAT Level II or higher).
• Strong SQL experience.
• Experience working with Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Experience developing data pipelines using modern Big Data ELT technologies.
• Experience with a modern programming language such as Python or Java.
• Experience working in a big data and cloud environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to quickly learn technical concepts and communicate with multiple functional groups.
• Experience working with software in a virtualized/cloud environment.
• Experience working in live deployments Cloud solutions.
• Ability to display a positive, can-do attitude.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
