Definitive Logic is looking for a motivated Senior Business Analyst to join our team. This position is contingent upon award.

Responsibilities

• Work with project and customer leadership to assess and identify problems, gather information, and implement solutions
• Learn about customer business challenges and technologies to understand, identify, and document their business needs
• Perform research, analysis, and conduct interviews to solicit and document “as-is” capabilities, guide development of “to-be” solutions, conduct gap analysis between the two, and implement resulting improvement strategies, roadmaps, and actions.
• Review and analyze policy, strategy, processes, data, documentation, technology, business environment, and performance to develop critical insights into capabilities, risks, and opportunities
• Lead and perform project execution and project management activities to include task execution, task management, and schedule and resource management to achieve performance and project objectives
• Develop, write, and present written and oral reports and analysis and delivers user training
• Performs planning and facilitation of stakeholder meetings.

Required Qualifications

• Holds a active DoD Secret Clearance
• Bachelor’s degree
• 12+ years’ experience working in business serving in a professional role
• Critical thinker with analytical skills who is comfortable supporting collaborative problem solving in a team environment
• Has strong writing and communication skills
