Overview

The Client Reporting Analyst partners with account team members to harness client data and generate meaningful reports that demonstrate the continued value of AbleTo.  Reporting to a Senior Client Account Manager, this individual generates key client reports on engagements and outcomes.  This team member also collaborates across the business insights, clinical, and technical teams to streamline existing reporting processes.  The Client Reporting Analyst has an understanding of AbleTo products, services, operations and can generate meaningful reports across the client book of business.

What You’ll Do: 

• Collaborate with the various account teams to gain an understanding of client reporting needs on a recurring or one-time basis
• Pull data from Looker that focuses on member engagement, clinical outcomes and account trends
• Maintain client decks, databases, tools, spreadsheets or other tools used in data analysis
• Identify improvements to data collection and reporting process and partner with cross functional stakeholders to make improvements
• Train others as needed on how to use and create reports and tools
• Build relationships with internal stakeholders to collaborate on external and internal reporting goals
• Capture key learnings during the reporting process and share improvement across the account team. Assist with improving the documentation and standardization of AbleTo processes and best practices.

Who You Are:  

• BA or BS degree required in business, information management, or related field
• Minimum 2 year in successful reporting and data focused role with experience with Looker, Tableau or other big data tools
• Able to prioritize and manage tasks that are requested by different team members with different priorities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to communicate with business teams
• Knowledge of statistics
• Growth Mindset and desire to improve processes
• Experience with health plan payers preferred

The salary range for this role is $60,000 - 110,000. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, AbleTo offers benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
