Data is integral to nearly everything that we do at AbleTo, and as a result the Business Insights team plays a key role at our company. This team brings curiosity, creativity, and attention to detail to understanding data needs across AbleTo, designing client-facing reports, and conducting analyses that drive recommendations to improve AbleTo’s products and operations. 

What you'll do:

Strategic Advisor 

  • Drive the vision and strategy for product analytics at AbleTo, working closely with PMs and Product leadership to define core metrics and analytical priorities
  • Design, develop, and evaluate experiments to test product hypotheses and guide iteration
  • Proactively surface strategic opportunities (e.g., improve engagement, clinical adherence, patient/provider experience) through data exploration
  • Empower and guide members of the Product, Design, and Marketing teams to work effectively with data and champion analytics across AbleTo

Analytical Problem Solver

  • Explore product data to surface actionable insights, identify pain points, improve conversion, and deliver outcomes
  • Ensure relevant data is captured in source systems, and made available for business intelligence applications
  • Work with data engineering to ensure high-quality data governance

Who you are:

  • 4+ years of relevant work experience in product analytics, preferably at a high-growth company
  • Bachelor’s in a quantitative discipline such as statistics, mathematics, economics, computer science, or a related field. Advanced analytical degree plus
  • Healthcare experience preferred but not required
  • Demonstrated expertise in articulating product questions, analyzing conversion funnels, designing A/B tests and experiments, and using statistics to arrive at answers
  • Strong communication skills to share insights, translate analysis results into business recommendations, and influence leadership
  • Expert fluency in SQL-based data manipulation and experience using analytics tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Amplitude, Fullstory, Mixpanel)
  • Foundational knowledge of GCP and/or AWS platforms
  • Data Storyteller. You understand the importance of data in decision making, and you can convince key stakeholders to go the "last mile" that converts insights into actions
  • Creative problem-solver. We are dreaming up a new, better mental health system. You aren’t afraid to generate innovative ideas that help us solve problems. 
  • Gritty. You don't need to wait for people to tell you what to work on, and work around / through barriers. You have a results oriented track record of exceeding expectations.
  • Organized. You are adept at project management, and you can keep yourself and others organized through a complex process.
