JOB SUMMARY/OVERVIEW

The Data Analyst is responsible for leveraging a wide range of analytical and data visualization tools to uncover and communicate opportunities to more efficiently support the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) organization in their retention efforts – focusing on data organization, analysis, and presentation. This individual analyzes customer data to drive proactive retention strategies at scale and leverages analytical tools such Workforce Analytics, MS Excel, Salesforce, Tiger dashboards/exports, and Tableau. The position is responsible for preparing insightful reports and analyses and is tasked with ensuring integrity and accuracy of all data provided.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Analyze complex customer retention analytics and produce advanced reporting and dashboards that are easily understood and demonstrate TriNet’s value proposition.
  • Produce analytics that deliver real-time, actionable customer insights and enable consultative conversations with the customer.
  • Use all available tools and resources to generate the best analytics solution that meet customer needs.
  • Continuously improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the team’s research and analysis methodologies, processes, and deliverables.
  • Evaluate data integrity and resolve discrepancies.
  • Assist in automation of repetitive data aggregation/manipulation tasks to enable greater focus on value add analysis.
  • Act as a shared resource that provides high-risk retention valuation expertise that enable Customer Relationship Management teams to optimize their book of business.
  • Translate leadership requests and needs into meaningful deliverables.
  • Support management by completing ad hoc analysis and projects.
  • Other projects and responsibilities at the manager’s discretion.

JOB REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree desired; or equivalent education and/or related work experience.

Training Requirements (licenses, programs, or certificates):

  • N/A

Experience:

  • 2+ years related experience

Other Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong analytical, qualitative, and quantitative skills
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel & PowerPoint). 
  • Strong financial analysis acumen
  • Takes independent action by implementing new ideas or potential solutions without waiting for others to take action or to request action. 
  • Understands the PEO value proposition and how to translate that into Improved TriNet financials 
  • Monitors the customer experience and ensures service delivery remains on track.

  • Polished communication skills with the capacity to adjust the approach according to any level necessary.

WORK ENVIRONMENT/OTHER INFORMATION (Travel required, physical requirements, on-call schedules, etc.)

  • Travel may be required domestically 25%.

The salary range for this role is $63,600 to $104,880. The candidate’s final salary offer will be based on the candidate’s skills, education, work location and experience.

A candidate’s compensation may also include bonuses consistent with TriNet’s corporate bonus plan.
