JOB SUMMARY

As a Senior Analyst, you will work with stakeholders and end users to gather, understand, and define business requirements.  Collaborate with team members and other sales support groups to design solutions that will meet business requirements and link interdependencies between technology and operational needs.

This position is responsible for ensuring that the data processes and integrity are best in class and can deliver reliable and consistent analysis across the organization.  While the position will be heavily aligned with a Salesforce environment, including TCRM, other reporting tools will be utilized to best meet the needs of the business.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work closely with Sales Automation and SFDC Administrative teams to review data integrity and ensure system enhancements are accounted for across all reporting packages.
  • Create and maintain SFDC TCRM datasets and processes to power advanced dashboard functionality.
  • Align with other sales support groups to meet their reporting needs including Sales Enablement, Finance, and HR
  • Run reports and build dashboards in Salesforce.
  • Field ad-hoc requests will little supervision and deliver professional and insightful analysis.
  • Collaborate while Sales Enablement for contests and incentives to both report on the results and ensure that the criteria meet business needs and capabilities.
  • Other projects and responsibilities may be added at manager’s discretion.

JOB REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Training Requirements (licenses, programs, or certificates): Preferred Salesforce certification

Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years of business operations with extensive salesforce experience.
  • Preferred experience with Salesforce CRM Analytics and Tableau Desktop/Online
  • Previous PEO experience a plus.
  • Experience defining and communicating requirements for operational processes and working with IT to implement.

WORK ENVIRONMENT/OTHER INFORMATION (Travel required, physical requirements, on-call schedules, etc.)

  • Travel may be required domestically (up to 25%).

The salary range for this role is $73,800 to $132,840. The candidate’s final salary offer will be based on the candidate’s skills, education, work location and experience.

A candidate’s compensation may also include bonuses consistent with TriNet’s corporate bonus plan.
