JOB SUMMARY/OVERVIEW 

The. Sr. Marketing Data Analyst will be responsible for tracking marketing KPIs & metrics, analyzing marketing and customer data to discover insights, designing and developing dashboards and reports for CMO and marketing leadership teams to monitor and analyze marketing performance. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Maintain and improve the CMO dashboard. 
  • Build BI dashboards and reports for marketing leaders to make data-driven decisions. 
  • Provide weekly marketing performance reports & updates. 
  • Conduct deep analysis of marketing data to discover insights about campaign performance, channel effectiveness, demand gen efficiency and pipeline conversion, etc. 
  • Benchmark performance across all online channels, conducting trending analysis and return on investment analysis. 
  • Analyze customer segments and their journey against target KPIs, such as funnel conversion and digital engagements, providing optimization recommendations. 
  • Build PowerPoint slides and narratives to share insights across sales, marketing and product teams. 

JOB REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS 

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience 

Training Requirements (licenses, programs, or certificates):

  • Tableau certification a plus 

Experience:

  • 3-5 years’ experience in business intelligence and data analytics. 
  • 1-2 years’ experience in Tableau. 
  • Previous work experience in B2B marketing a plus. 
  • Previous work experience in healthcare and software industries a plus. 

Other Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:  

  • Strong analytical skills, specifically around go to market analytics. 
  • Proven knowledge in business intelligence dashboards and report design. 
  • Understanding of business-to-business demand waterfall., lead life cycle and lead flow. 
  • Possess knowledge of marketing automation platform and tools and campaign measurement. 
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills. 
  • A demonstrated dedication to high professional ethical standards and a diverse workplace. 
  • Ability to adapt to a fast paced constantly evolving business and work environment while managing multiple priorities. 
  • Possess cross-function integration & collaboration skills. 
  • Strong time management and organizational skills. 
  • High intellectual curiosity and emotional intelligence. 
  • Possess creativity, humility, empathy, resourcefulness, transparency and accountability skills. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, SQL and Tableau.

  • Travel may be required domestically (up to 25%)
