A Brief Overview
The Senior Data Analyst works with stakeholders and end users to gather, understand, and define business requirements.  This individual collaborates with team members and other support groups to design solutions that meet business requirements and link interdependencies between technology and operational needs.

This position is responsible for ensuring best in class data processing and integrity including delivery of reliable and consistent analysis across the organization.  While the position will be heavily aligned with a Salesforce environment, other reporting tools will be utilized to best meet the needs of the business, including Tableau and Anaplan.

What you will do

  • Work closely with Sales Automation and Salesforce Administrative teams to review data integrity and ensure system enhancements are accounted for across all reporting packages.
  • Drive revenue growth through analytic insights and collaboration with business leaders.
  • Become the Subject Matter Expert on TriNet’s SaaS business – HR Platform & HR Plus.
  • Create and maintain Salesforce datasets and processes to power advanced dashboard functionality.
  • Align with partners to meet their reporting needs including Sales Enablement, Finance, and HR.
  • Build & run reports & dashboards in Salesforce, Tableau & Anaplan.
  • Field ad-hoc requests with little supervision and deliver professional and insightful analysis.
  • Initial responsibilities will focus on supporting the prospecting organization and SaaS sales teams.
  • Other projects and responsibilities may be added at manager’s discretion.

Education Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred

Experience Qualifications

  • Typically 5+ years relevant experience

Licenses and Certifications

  • Salesforce certification preferred.
  • Tableau certification preferred.
  • Anaplan model builder certification preferred.

The salary range for this role is $67,500 to $90,000. The candidate’s final salary offer will be based on the candidate’s skills, education, work location and experience.

A candidate’s compensation may also include bonuses consistent with TriNet’s corporate bonus plan.
