Data Analysts

Health IQ is looking for Data Analysts who will have the opportunity to make a significant impact through analytics that will help with important business initiatives. The analysts will collaborate with key departments for the purpose of identifying and delivering robust reporting and analytics capabilities to drive improved business performance.

What you will be doing:

• Create reports for internal teams and/or external clients
• Collaborate with team members to collect and analyze data
• Develop visualizations and dashboards for a broad range of end-users
• Use SQL queries to structure large data sets to find usable information
• Prioritizing initiatives based on Health IQ’s needs and requirements.
• Troubleshooting the reporting database environment and reports.
• Supporting initiatives for data integrity and normalization.
• Organize, maintain, and enhance reporting systems

What you must have:

• 0-2 years' experience as a Data Analyst and/or Business Analyst
• Bachelor’s degree required in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, or any related field of study.
• Coding skills in languages such as SQL, Python, and/or R
• Experience with statistical software (e.g., Stata, SPSS)
• Knowledge of data gathering, cleaning, and transforming techniques
• Reporting and data visualization skills using software like Tableau
• Ability to QA and troubleshoot data
