The Role
Are you a passionate data engineer looking for your next challenge? Do you know when to use Python or SQL for data transformations? Do you want a role where your voice can be heard and where you will contribute to the development of our data platform?
We are looking for an experienced Data Engineer to help ensure that our data platform is resilient and can provide internal and external users with the data they need as efficiently as possible. This means that you should have knowledge of both ingestion and transforming data using SQL. You will also be playing an active role in looking for ways to optimise our current systems and approaches.
As a member of the Data Platform team, you will also be supporting other teams across the UK and US and will need to be able to understand what their requirements are and make recommendations on the best approach they should take. If you’re looking for a varied role where you can influence decision making and also continue to expand your data knowledge, then this is the role for you!
