The role
We are looking for a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to join our growing analytics team and help us deliver the best customer experience.
You will be working closely with Customer Success, Marketing and other teams with the business to deliver clear insights, reporting and analysis from multiple data sources.
The Senior BI Analyst will use modern data tools such as Fivetran, dbt and Looker to help us understand our user behaviours and to drive forward commercial performance.
- Mathematics or numerate degree with a solid understanding of probability and statistics
- Fluent SQL
- Advanced BI dashboard development, ideally Looker
- Scripting language for data analysis such as R or Python
- A great communicator with the ability to present complex information to senior stakeholders
- Confidence and creativity to overcome challenges associated with data limitations
- Strong Excel skills
