In this role, you will work with one of the world’s largest goal-oriented conversational datasets to push the boundaries of computational linguistics and drive innovative new products. In addition to a world-class data set, you’ll also have an at-scale population of expert data annotators (contact center agents) to help drive investigation and learning.
In this role you will:
- Propose and execute research efforts that drive product strategy
- Apply deep learning and NLP methods to learn and derive value from one of the world’s largest goal-oriented conversational datasets.
- Research and build systems that support the next-generation conversational AI
- Lead data science projects.
- Present your results to internal and external stakeholders
Your qualifications are:
- Ph.D. in Computer Science
- Hands on experience in Deep Learning
- Strong programming experience in Python/Java/C++
- Good communication skill and a team player
- Publications in AI/ML/NLP conferences
- Prior work experience or internship in industry
