This position calls for a talented Data Scientist who can compellingly answer business questions by quantifying our impact and spotting opportunities. It’s not a back-office role. Instead, this position is split between delivering robust and accurate client-facing analyses and working closely with our care teams to streamline their jobs. If you’ve built propensity models, risk scores, ensemble methods, and have played with deep learning packages, you check our technical boxes. What sets the best candidates apart is a knowledge of healthcare, a thirst to learn, and great communication skills. You need to understand the business application, scout out an answer (with custom code or buying a tool), and teach what you’ve learned to a diverse set of audiences.
