Mindoula is looking to add an innovative Sr. Data Engineer to join our team and support our fast-growing organization. In this position you will lead innovation through exploration, benchmarking, making recommendations, and implementing big data technologies for platforms.

Responsibilities:
- Be part of the data team, and collaborate with product and engineering teams in developing the data required to support the functionality and new features of our platforms.
- Manage ingestion process of various input data sources (healthcare, claims data, etc.) and develop/maintain the common schema to store the healthcare information of members.
- Manage tools and processes to process the data to derive key insights and analytics to power the intelligence of our platform.
- Apply data science algorithms and techniques to understand the member profile and prepare the data such that these insights help the care management team in addressing members' needs.

- Data Platforms: Spark, Python/Scala, Databricks
- Databases: Postgres, Microsoft SQL Server
- Hosting: Microsoft Azure
- Tools: Github, CircleCI, CodeClimate
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related technical fields
- 3+ years of relevant Data Engineering experience (Python, SQL, Spark) is required
- Experience with Databricks preferred
- Medical / Pharmacy claims data experience preferred
