The Role:

As the People Analytics Lead, you are the go-to resource for data and analytics for the People Team at Housecall Pro. You use data and metrics to drive performance within the People Team and across the organization. You build complex reports and dashboards and find new ways to innovate data practices within the team. You have a process driven mindset and love digging into the data to find meaning behind the numbers. Your strong attention to accuracy and detail makes you a trusted partner throughout the business.

What you do each day:  

  • Build and deliver key weekly, monthly, annual and ad hoc reporting for the business, including compensation analysis, headcount, compliance and more
  • Lead in-depth analysis of People data in monthly and quarterly business reviews; leverage data to drive insights and influence leaders
  • Analyze internal and external data to make recommendations
  • Maximize efficiencies and execute process improvements across the team
  • Strategize ways to enhance our reporting and analytics capabilities using different tools and technologies
  • Serve as key point of contact for HR systems maintenance and updates; find new ways to leverage HRIS, ATS, and other people related systems to their fullest potential 
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding and documentation of the People team’s workflows, processes and procedures
  • Partner with leaders across functional areas as a subject matter expert to improve People practices, develop playbooks, and deliver key data insights
  • Support compliance and security of the team through rigorous data practices

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years reporting & analytics experience 
  • 3+ years Human Resources experience preferred 
  • Expert with spreadsheet software such as Excel and Google Sheets; knowledge of Tableau and other visualization tools a plus
  • Experience implementing new HR tools, including HRIS, a plus

This role is open to candidates inside and outside of Colorado and the expected salary range for this role is $97,000 - $107,000 + equity. The specific salary for the successful candidate will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location. This role is also eligible to participate in Housecall Pro’s equity plan and the following benefits: health care insurance (medical, dental, vision, disability), employee assistance program, 401(K), flexible time off, paid parental leave, tech reimbursement, and other company benefits.
