Duties

    • Use data to understand trends in user behavior and product usage to influence strategy. 
    • Identify & initiate the need for building various dashboards, reports, and alert systems to analyze & monitor product features and overall growth initiatives.
    • Use multiple data sources & tools to identify, interpret & communicate end-user behavior to provide insights that drive experimentation & optimization of features. 
    • Perform analysis on product features and to suggest experiments that improve engagement & retention to improve experience & revenue growth. 
    • Create, manage & maintain product engagement KPI reports.
    • Conduct various types of analyses to provide actionable recommendations to capture growth opportunities with key stakeholders.
    • Assist in data management, governance, attribution rules, & data quality with other functional data owners to ensure data integrity across different departments.
    • Analyze complex A/B & multivariate tests, communicate findings & conclusions.
    • Understand product experiments end-to-end with domain-specific knowledge to provide recommendations on next steps or additional experimentation needed.
    • Build strong relationships with key cross-org stakeholders to help build a cohesive approach to DISQO’s growth targets.
    • Drive long-term growth of DISQO products through a combination of data analysis, and experimentation within the product team to optimize our member experience.

Requirements:

    • Master’s degree in Leadership for Creative Enterprises, Advertising, or in a related field
    • Two (2) years of experience in job offered, or as a Marketing Analyst, or in a related occupation
    • Experience/knowledge must include the following –
    • Two (2) years of experience as a Marketing Analyst in a direct to consumer environment
    • Experience as a data analyst focused on engagement and retention at brands with a high volume of complex data
    • Advanced experience querying data warehouses (SQL}, analyzing data, and arriving  at insights using qualitative techniques (i.e. window functions, CTEs,   etc.)
    • Proficiency in Tableau or other data visualization tools
    • Experience with experiment design, and A/8 test analysis across multiple KPls
$70,000 - $105,000 a year
