Job Description
The Aetna LTSS Florida Team is looking for a Senior Analyst to develop reporting tools, derive insights, and perform in-depth customer journey analyses. This role will work closely with the LTSS team to showcase performance & suggest necessary optimizations for various cross-enterprise experiences to maximize customers’ enterprise lifetime value. This role will also work closely with data engineering to define technical requirements, ultimately turning raw data into actionable insights. This Senior Analyst will require an expertise in LTSS data analytics and ability to combine complex data into action items or recommendations for leadership.
The Senior Analyst will extract and analyze data from multiple data sources including Adobe Target/Clickstream, Braze, Google Analytics using SQL and Tableau. This candidate must be prepared for a fast-paced environment & operating in white-space. This role will report directly to the Director of Florida LTSS program .

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 43,700
Maximum: 100,000

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.

Required Qualifications
• 1+ years of experience with and fluency in Excel, SQL and Tableau.
• 1+ years of experience producing reports and analytics.
• 1+ years of ability to multi task, devise creative solutions and work in a fast paced environment.
• 1+ years of experience providing detailed recommendations based on data and providing read outs for leadership.
• 1+ years of experience with automation in analytics and processes to optimize workflows and reduce manual operations.
• Ability to extra data from multiple sources and find opportunities to integrate across datasets.
• Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining organization.

• Long term care analytics experience.
• Experience working with Google Analytics.
• Experience with and knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid benefits.
• Ability to contribute critical judgement beyond the role; offer a point of view.
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Highly self-motivated and directed.
• Experience with compliance and management of PII and PHI.
• Experience working with & providing requirements to engineers
• Experience communicating ideas in both technical and user-friendly language.

Education
• Associate degree or equivalent experience.
