About the Senior Data Analyst, Membership at Headspace Health:

Headspace is a leading organization that brings mindfulness practice to all members across the globe. We are seeking a rockstar membership analyst who will be based in Los Angeles, to dedicate to growing the Headspace member base. Short term focus will be business performance tracking, pricing analyses, best engagement indicators and formulation of actionable recommendations based on these to enable fast learning experimentation. Long term strategic projects will include developing recommendations on user pathway exploration, pricing, retention causal inference and customer segmentation. This role will directly influence the direction of our overall growth strategies. 

Location: This role is open to remote employees in select US states: California, Florida, Georgia, Maryland + Washington DC, Massachusetts, Nevada, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oregon, Texas, and Washington.

    • Deep understanding of subscription metrics and growth initiatives
    • Proactive trend analyses to surface underlying insights in support of company goals
    • Act as a subject matter expert within the Product and Marketing space
    • Strong presentation skills to tell a compelling story and actionable recommendations
    • Thrive in open conversations with leadership about business performance and strategic discussion

What you’ve accomplished:

    • 3+ years of experience with SQL/Tableau/Microsoft Office Suite
    • 3+ years of experience with product analytics tools such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, etc.
    • 3+ years of experience with Python
    • 3+ years of experience with designing and analyzing A/B tests
    • Nice to have: experience with pricing, conjoint analysis, causal inference, stats modeling, and/or sensitivity analysis
