About the Senior Data Analyst, Product and Content role at Headspace Health:
Headspace is a leading organization that brings mindfulness to all members across the globe. We are seeking a data analyst to support data-driven decision-making across product and content development. Immediate priorities include the development of data and analytics capabilities to enable a deep understanding of how members use and benefit from Headspace, as well as evolving the analytics around how we measure content performance and value. This role will directly influence the direction of Product and Content initiatives.
Location: This role is open to remote employees in select US states: California, Florida, Georgia, Maryland + Washington DC, Massachusetts, Nevada, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oregon, Texas, and Washington.
How your skills and passion will come to life at Headspace Health:
- Collaborate with product and content teams to data products and analytics in support of company goals
- Drive data fluency throughout product and content teams through the creation of standardized metrics, intuitive dashboards, and compelling business insights
- Proactively dive deep to generate, socialize, and test hypotheses to improve business performance
- Leverage strong analytical and presentation skills to develop and socialize actionable insights with senior leadership
- Apply a hypothesis-driven approach and creative problem solving to answer complex, ambiguous business questions
- Independently lead and deliver projects that drive business value
- Act as a subject matter expert within the Product and Content space, providing guidance through sound judgment
- Make recommendations quickly through data-driven solutions
- Be passionate about Headspace’s mission to improve the health and happiness of the world
What you’ve accomplished:
- 3+ years of experience in industry conducting data analytics, strategic deep dives, and developing data products/ BI solutions
- 3+ years of experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, etc.
- 3+ years of practical experience with SQL//SaaS/Microsoft Office Suite
