• Collaborate with product and content teams to develop roadmaps for data products and analytics in support of company goals
• Drive data fluency throughout product and content teams through the creation of standardized metrics, intuitive dashboards, and compelling business insights
• Proactively dive deep to generate, socialize, and test hypotheses to improve business performance
• Leverage strong analytical and presentation skills to develop and socialize actionable insights with senior leadership
• Apply a hypothesis-driven approach and creative problem solving to answer complex, ambiguous business questions 
• Effectively manage and develop a team of high-performing data analysts and BI engineers to deliver on the team’s roadmap
• Collaborate with data engineering to ensure a world-class data infrastructure and reporting capabilities
• Communicate and gain buy-in on data priorities with non-technical leaders
• Be passionate about Headspace’s mission to improve the health and happiness of the world

What you’ve accomplished:

• 5+ years of experience in industry conducting data analytics and developing data products/ BI solutions
• 5+ years of experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, etc.
• 5+ years of practical experience with SQL//SaaS/Microsoft Office Suite
• 3+ years of management experience
