As a Senior Data Engineer on the Enterprise Cloud Data and Machine Learning Engineering Platform team, you will develop and enable features for the enterprise cloud machine learning platform on the Google Cloud Platform, and support the migration and delivery of solutions for the consumer analytics portfolio. As a core team member, supporting cross functional business capabilities (PBM, Retail, Healthcare), the team is tasked with building and scaling the feature engineering and the machine learning foundational capabilities and standards for the enterprise. You will also enable cost management/reporting, user/admin automation, and performance optimization and scaling best practices for the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
• Identifying, creating, preparing data required for ML & BI solutions
• Designing, coding, testing and Deploying various ML, MLOps & BI solutions using existed cloud provided services/software application (preferred in GCP)
• Migrating ML/BI solutions into cloud environments and integrating them with other components in the application
• Support, Maintenance, tuning and adapting/scaling applications to keep them performing to specifications
• Delivery of features aligned to foundational enterprise MLOPS capability

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 90,000
Maximum: 180,000

Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.

Required Qualifications
• 3+ years of data engineering on cloud platforms and cloud data processing services (preferably GCP/AWS acceptable)
• 3+ years of Hands-on SQL and Python, other languages are preferable (PySpark, Java, Scala)
• 1+ years of experience in Big Data technologies (BigQuery, Spanner, Fire store, Hadoop, Spark, Databricks, Snowflake)
• 1+ years of hands-on experience in Data optimization and migration (like Spark to BigQuery)

Preferred Qualifications
• GCP Certified preferred
• Good understanding of ETL tools like Glue, Data Factory, and data modelling
• Proficiency with tools to automate CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GIT, Control-M, Tidal, Nexus)
• Good analytical and creative problem-solving skills
• Open mindset, ability to quickly adapt new technologies
• Strong experience with building solutions using cloud native services: bucket storage, BigQuery, Kubernetes, Dataproc, VertexAI
• Hands on experience with GKE, Kubernetes Service Mapping, Configuration and Kubeflow pipelines
• Ability to select infrastructure components GPU’s or CPU’s based on the job/compute needs
• Working in agile environment

Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Physics, Math, or related field or Advanced Degree
