We do this for everyone, whoever and wherever you are - your location no longer dictates your chances. All included.

About the role

Data is critical to everything we do at Included Health. We use data to understand unsolved healthcare problems like measuring physician quality, modeling patient risk, and quantifying clinical outcomes. We use data to understand our customers and patient populations, how effectively our providers serve our patients, and to communicate the value we deliver to our patients and customers. To generate these insights, we need to capture data from many different sources, internal and external, make the data actionable, and empower teams to find insights from data. We are looking for a Product Manager who can dive into data, understand the stories data needs to tell, work with teams to find the best ways for them to consume and understand the data, and make the data actionable for decision making and impact.

As a Product Manager, you will collaborate with multiple internal teams, including our care and application product teams, care operations, data professionals, general managers, and key leadership teams. Your team will build and own the systems that enable data professionals and insight consumers to create and leverage insights that meaningfully impact the business. The speed at which the organization can realize impact will be predominantly affected by the systems you make available.

What you’ll be doing

    • Work cross functionally with business owners and data professionals to understand the operations and decisions that can be made better with data insights
    • Develop and own a roadmap that accelerates the pace and impact of data, insight, and experimentation providing the highest value to the entire organization on the shortest timeline
    • Evangelize the value of insights and analytics to drive adoption of our data sets and tools with internal stakeholdersDrive product requirements definition, product planning, product design, and testing of new features
    • Evaluate current product performance and identify opportunities for improvement
    • Develop a deep understanding of how patients and providers are using Included Health products and how patients leverage the healthcare system generally

What makes you a great fit

    • 3+ years of experience as a PM.
    • A passion for improving the way people receive health care by improving access and information availability.
    • An eye for detail and an expertise for prioritizing what is important while not sacrificing quality or long term objectives.
    • Good knowledge of relational databases and skill with SQL.
    • A track record of getting stuff done with minimum supervision.
    • Experience working in a fast-paced environment while juggling multiple projects.
    • Ability to work with multiple business owners and balance the requirements/desires of different functional groups.
    • At least 2 year of experience building data products or working heavily with data.

Bonus

    • A good understanding of data projects and data workflows.
    • Healthcare or population health experience.
    • Experience with healthcare data or has worked as an analyst, data scientist, or software engineer.
    • Familiarity with the ever increasing market of data tools and products.
    • A good understanding of normalized and denormalized data schemas and practices.
