Position Summary

This position supports to Aetna growth initiatives in Network through data analytics, file preparation, and provider roster loads to support business functions including Request for Proposal (RFP) submissions. Other key activities include project management oversight, process improvement and documentation.

Required Qualifications

This position requires translation of business requirements into actionable reports by preparing, analyzing and ensuring data accuracy which support Aetna growth initiatives, state requirements and/or business needs. Analyze, and reconcile provider rosters, as well as other sources of provider data (e.g., state Medicaid agency provider files) in support of Aetna growth initiatives by building functional reports while ensuring data accuracy. This position requires the ability to manage multiple concurrent reporting initiatives with critical deadlines, while working within established processes and identifying opportunities for improvement. Dependable communication skills are required to present reporting to network teams and management.

  • QNXT Experience.

  • Medicaid Experience – at least 4 years.

  • Quickbase proficiency.

  • 1-3 years data analytics/data management experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of data analytical reporting experience.

  • Ability to work with large data sets from multiple data platforms and data interpretation for business area.

  • Ability to work in a high production, deadline driven environment is crucial. Advanced proficiency skills in Quickbase or similar database queries and Excel are required.

  • Quest Analytics experience is desirable but not required.

  • Strong knowledge of health care products and exposure to QNXT or working in a data warehouse environment is also desirable.

  • Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills with ability to present information to various audiences.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of formal education and experience

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$43,700.00 – $102,000.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
