Sr. People Data Analyst

Sr. People Data Analyst

Job Summary:
As a Senior People Data Analyst, you will measure and communicate organizational health metrics at an enterprise level. Our team focuses on generating insights that inform organizational goals such as increasing profitability, employee engagement, retention, and belonging. As we grow, you will help the HR Operations and Analytics team advance by focusing on automation and building analytical solutions that can work at scale.
We are a small team, so the ability to work in multiple roles—such as consulting, scripting/automation, data visualization, data stewardship/management, and customer service—will be important to your success.
We predominantly use Workday (Reporting and Prism) and Google Workspace tools to complete and share our work. We use scripting languages (e.g. JavaScript) to scale our operations. We use Jira and Slack for communicating, collaborating, and managing our work.
In this remote role, you will report to the Manager, People Analytics.
Join us to make Included Health the best place to work in healthcare!
