We are looking for an experienced, creative thinker, and problem solver with a deep technical knowledge in the Data Science and AI/ML space, with a passion for innovation and collaboration to join our CDIO Enterprise Data Management team.

Reporting to the Executive Director of Enterprise Data Management, the candidate will help develop AI/ML powered products that deliver personalized and integrated experiences for our customers and our colleagues.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Contribute to our AI/ML and analytics products suite for a variety of use cases spanning the entire customer journey. 
  • Contribute to finding opportunities to infuse AI/ML into existing platforms where and when applicable to address unarticulated needs of our customers and our colleagues
  • Facilitate communication about the product's roadmap across the product team and stakeholders
  • Ensure we are listening to our users so that they can deliver the best integrated experiences for our customers
  • Develop business cases for AI/ML in new and existing products as part of our integrated customer experience and platform transformation.
  • Partner cross functionally to maintain a stack ranked product backlog.
  • Lead the ideation, development, and launch of innovative AI/ML product features. 
  • Collect and analyze feedback from users, subject matter experts and stakeholders to build out clear requirements.
  • Actively engage with the product teams to make informed decisions based on user feedback, user research, and data insights to deliver a good user experience.
  • Empower work product teams to address end-users concerns without constrained thinking and with a platform and AI/ML Product mindset.
  • Work with other leaders to define product objectives and measure performance.
  • Define and analyze metrics to understand feature/product adoption and guide implementation of existing and new features.
  • Write detailed AI/ML product requirements that precisely articulate users' needs with clear prioritization of the product features.
 

JOB REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Education:

B.S. or M.S. preferably in Computer Science or equivalent technical degree.

Training Requirements (licenses, programs, or certificates):

  • Relevant certifications in product management, machine learning, data science, and other disciplines would be a plus.
 

Experience:

  • 7+ years of combined experience in product management, machine learning and software development.

Other Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Proven track record of execution and delivery of successful AIML products.
  • Experience researching AIML industry trends and applying to product strategy and roadmap.
  • Ability to write detailed, technical product specifications, and present to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with a variety of internal stakeholders and external partners
  • Resilience to obstacles, and ability to solve problems independently.
  • Background in data science, technical product management, software engineering and/or technical leadership.
  • Strong understanding and hand-on experience agile software development approaches in a fast paced and continuously changing environment.
  • Deep knowledge of AIML and first-hand experience working with AIML-powered technology products.
  • Robust knowledge of enterprise architectures and solutions such as SaaS, PaaS, IaaS.

The salary range for this role is $93,400  to $168,120. The candidate’s final salary offer will be based on the candidate’s skills, education, work location and experience.

A candidate’s compensation may also include bonuses consistent with TriNet’s corporate bonus plan.
