Our Workforce Planning team is seeking an experienced Workforce Analytics Manager to deliver sophisticated reporting and analyses, ultimately translating those insights into actionable recommendations to help optimize our strategic resource planning. The ideal candidate for this remote role will have demonstrated expertise working cross-functionally to solve problems and will play a critical role in allowing Included Health to grow at scale. This role is a strong fit for candidates who enjoy applying data-driven solutions to address a range of complex challenges in support of our ambitious mission to raise the standard of healthcare for everyone..

Duties/Responsibilities:

    • Develop and manage data pipelines and models that ensure we can match, measure, and forecast key workforce and operational metrics
    • Collaborate to create operational policies and procedures across the organization to ensure optimization of staff and improvement of the customer experience
    • Ensure the delivery of consistent and accurate reporting to accelerate decision making
    • Assist in providing reporting specific to established KPI attainment and SLA adherence both with internal and external customers. 
    • Identify opportunities to share best practices across the organization regarding workforce management, productivity, staffing and skill mix initiatives
    • Build strong partnerships and collaboration with peers, planning and programs teams, and global business partners
    • Collaborate and influence across cross-functional organizations

Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

    • Ability to thrive in an ambiguous, dynamic, fast-paced environment
    • Ability to analyze and interpret data to derive insights that support value delivery and value creation for clients
    • Demonstrated expertise in workforce analytics and demand forecasting best practices
    • Experience influencing the strategic vision and direction of workforce and capacity plans using a data driven methodology 
    • Highly collaborative and comfortable working with a wide range of stakeholders
    • Expert communication skills to articulate and deliver data-driven insights and manage challenging conversations
    • Strong mathematical / statistical knowledge and experience with common data / forecasting software such as Excel, Google Sheets, SQL, Looker, Anaplan, and NICE/IEX, particularly NICE Data Explorer
    • Must enjoy complex problem solving employing both quantitative and qualitative information to identify patterns and unlock new insights about our business
    • Project management, executive level communication, and presentation skills are required

Education and Experience:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Operations, or other relevant fields OR
    • 7+ years of total analytics experience; 5+ years of experience in a workforce management or operational data analytics role with prior start up or healthcare experience strongly preferred
