We are seeking a skilled and experienced Business Intelligence Analyst to join our Revenue Operations team. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in analyzing and interpreting complex data sets to drive strategic decision-making and enhance revenue generation. Your insights and recommendations will directly influence the growth and success of our organization.

Responsibilities

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret large volumes of data relating to revenue operations, sales, customer behavior, market trends, and other relevant factors.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive reports, dashboards, and visualizations to effectively communicate data-driven insights to stakeholders.
  • Utilize advanced analytics techniques to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities within the data.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance to understand business objectives and provide analytical support.
  • Conduct regular performance analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies and initiatives.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and optimization, making recommendations to streamline revenue operations.
  • Monitor and assess the accuracy and integrity of data sources, ensuring compliance with best practices.
  • Stay updated with industry standards, emerging technologies, and latest trends in business intelligence and revenue operations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
  • 1-4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the SaaS industry.
  • Proficiency in data manipulation, analysis, and visualization using tools such as SQL, Python, R, Tableau, or Power BI.
  • Strong understanding of statistical analysis, forecasting, and modeling techniques.
  • Proven experience in generating actionable insights from complex data sets.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Outstanding communication skills with the ability to present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to align analytical findings with organizational goals.

Salary Range: $100,000 - $115,000
