If so, this may be the role for you! ClickUp is looking for a highly motivated Marketing Analyst with strong attention to detail to join our team. You will have the opportunity to analyze qualitative data, trends, strategies, and increase the overall competitiveness of our platform.

The Role:

  • - Work with the development team to create, update, & maintain event tracking on all website & app properties.
  • - Track and analyze paid media campaigns and organic efforts across all channels, website traffic patterns, and online customer behaviors.
  • - Support the creation of segments and audience sets and profiles based on business strategies, requirements.
  • - Collaborate with the sales team in analyzing and gathering the data and insights needed to enable specific use cases such as remarketing, cross-sell, upsell, retention, anti-churn, and many others using parameters like customer lifetime value, digital behavior, CAC payback, brand affinity, and other BI (business intelligence) indicators.
  • - Responsible for generating & maintaining reports and/or reporting dashboards easily digestible by all business units and stakeholders that includes all major metrics and goal tracking including CAC & CAC payback.
  • - Assist and support in gathering, scoping, and executing use cases as well as closely working with paid marketing & analytics team to provide reporting and campaign insights.


  • - Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Information Technology, Mathematics, Data Science, Business Administration or a related field.
  • - Firm understanding of Google Analytics.
  • - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to simplify complex concepts for a technical and non-technical audience.
  • - Must have exceptional Excel & PowerPoint skills, with knowledge of formulas, calculating and manipulating data comfortably within Excel.
  • - Basic to intermediate knowledge of SQL.
  • - Working knowledge of Quicksight and/or other BI/attribution reporting tools.
  • - Exposure to Salesforce.
  • - Firm knowledge of Digital marketing concepts and technologies.
  • - Firm knowledge in web analytics and tag management platforms (Google Analytics, Google Data studio, Google Tag Manager, etc.).
  • - Solid experience in managing all aspects of buying, including tracking and media optimization.
  • - 2 - 5 years of experience specifically focused on SEO/PPC required.
