ClickUp is looking for a highly motivated Reporting Analyst who can help drive data visualization and dashboarding solutions for the business to extract critical analytical insights. This position will sit in the Marketing Analytics team.

The Role:

  • - Create and maintain reports and self-service dashboards using Tableau to provide relevant information to business stakeholders and supports leadership in making effective, data-driven decisions.
  • - Implement robust data visualization and dashboarding solutions that help the business operationalize analytical insights to drive performance.
  • - Support the end-to-end integration testing by comparing the data in the reports with the source system to find out the mismatches; and find its root cause.
  • - Support the User Acceptance Testing by addressing any technical queries or fixing the bugs, if any.
  • - Produces a variety of reports, graphs and dashboards that convey analytic results and align with business needs.
  • - Identify opportunities to streamline analytics processes, reporting efficiencies and drive continuous improvement.
  • - Follows best practices and established policies in data analysis, maintenance, and data quality.
  • - Create and maintain technical documentation of productive dashboards.
  • - Identify and communicate data anomalies discovered during the dashboard development work.
  • - Work closely with Data Engineering team to understand the data sets and data nuances which is critical in understanding how data is structured and to be used in way that it is correctly interpreted.

Qualifications:

  • - 1-3 years of dashboard development (for reporting/analysis work) experience using Tableau.
  • - Basic to intermediate knowledge of SQL.
  • - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to simplify complex concepts for a technical and non-technical audience.

Desirable:

  • - Tableau desktop certification (Associate/Professional).
  • - Working knowledge of digital marketing concepts and technologies.
  • - Portfolio of dashboarding projects (preferably in Tableau).
