ClickUp is looking for a highly motivated GTM, Business Intelligence Analyst across ClickUp’s sales and customer success organizations. You will turbocharge ClickUp’s growth while also leading key GTM projects to effectively scale our growth to $10B+ annually in the next few years. You must have strong experience in building the analytic /dashboard strategy, planning, and revenue scaling function for a hyper-growth company that will escalate our existing framework. This is a highly visible role within the company with a direct partnership with the revenue leadership team with direction, insights to the analytics dashboard, and reports.
You will enable the organization to establish, meet, and exceed both current and future business-critical objectives through leadership of GTM BI strategy. This includes the design, development, and facilitation of GTM strategy KPIs, Dashboards, and reports for all levels of ClickUp Sales, including leadership of vital cross-functional efforts.

The Role:

  • Develop subject-matter expertise in the context of GTM
  • Work with leadership on helping define Sales business definition across the company.
  • Build BI Dashboards that allow Sales leaders to identify trends, understand team performance and make quick agile decisions.
  • Proactively identify new analytic BI projects, determine enhancements to existing solutions, and aid in building sale efficiency models.
  • Work with large sets of data to build data pipelines and analytics for external, executive and company-wide reporting
  • Fill in the gaps that exist in dashboards and reports by performing analysis, yet take ownership of improving those tools to facilitate self-service
  • Work collaboratively with data engineers, analysts, and data visualization engineers to deliver analytic solutions
  • Work cross-functionally with FP&A, Controllership, Marketing, Operations, Analytics, and Engineering for tight alignment


  • 3+ years of BI and analytical experience, at least 3+ of SaaS experience (B2B, B2C)
  • Startup experience is highly preferred
  • Cross-functional leading experience
  • Experience leading direct reports
  • A bachelor’s degree
  • Experience with building business models for GTM plans.
  • Ability to excel in a hyper-growing environment by being a fast learner and creative problem solver. At the same time is passionate about work, humble in nature, and a phenomenal team player.
  • You are an analytics-minded engineer with a strong passion for empowering businesses with BI data solutions 
  • You can take vague requirements and crystalize them into data analytics and tooling
  • You have an aptitude for accuracy, automation, and scaling, and can translate business needs into robust data models and solutions
  • You are able to express data through curated visualizations and compelling storytelling
  • You enjoy being highly connected to the business and solving problems end-to-end with minimal oversight
  • You can clearly articulate metric definitions, data insights, and project roadmaps in verbal and written form
  • You have great collaboration skills, and can influence cross-functional teams through strong thought partnership
