We are seeking a highly motivated and action-oriented Sr Analyst for Field Operations to join our dynamic team. In this crucial role, you will partner with Enterprise and Mid-Market Sales Leaders to drive strategic initiatives, optimize sales processes, and ensure the success of our sales operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with Enterprise and Mid-Market Sales Leaders to identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.
Analyze sales data and trends to provide actionable insights and recommendations to the sales team.
Develop and maintain reports and dashboards that track key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales metrics.
Assist in the design and implementation of sales territories, quotas, and compensation plans.
Participate in the development and rollout of sales tools and system enhancements to boost seller productivity.
Manage cross-functional projects that impact the sales organization.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures within the sales team.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales operations, business analysis, sales strategy, RevOps, or a similar role.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel or Gsheets. SQL and Tableau skills are a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with all levels of management and cross-functional teams.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
Salary Range: $95,000 to $112,500
