We began by revolutionizing rent — Americans’ largest recurring bill. Flex enables its users to pay rent and bills throughout the month on a schedule that better fits their finances. After deliberately keeping a stealth profile as we built up unprecedented investor support and an enthusiastic user base, we plan to scale to 300 team members in 2022. Will you be a part of the team?
We're looking for a Business Intelligence Manager to partner with our broader bizops team on driving insights across the org. Working closely with the CEO and leaders within the finance and strategy org, this leader with select and define the right KPIs for all teams while supporting leadership with their data needs.
What you'll do:
- Lead KPI monitoring for the organization
- Collaborate with function specific analysts to understand their functional needs and be a partner to them in driving leadership level insights
- Operate as the function specific partner to the finance and Biz Ops Team
- Provide data-backed insights to executive leadership
- Organize and drive insights around key KPIs to measure business value
Who you are:
- A leader who has experience gathering and aligning business requirements across stakeholders that span job level and function
- Advanced knowledge of SQL with excellent working knowledge of large data manipulation and data mining using complex SQ
- An inquisitive mindset, with proven problem solving ability and a passion for big data
- strong verbal/written communication and data presentation skills.
