As Sr Manager, Marketing Analytics, you will define and implement measurement strategies that align with Flex company goals. By partnering with key stakeholders in our marketing department, you will help shape our strategy and measure the effectiveness of our marketing initiatives.

We are looking for an experienced, hands-on analytics leader who can partner with our marketing leaders to help drive our business forward. You’ll work with senior leadership to establish attribution measurement tools, and ROI frameworks within an ever-evolving landscape in order to continuously improve our grasp of the business. This individual will manage a team of analysts, and will be expected to be drive insights, experiment design, and testing across our channels and various initiatives. They also need to be comfortable diving into technical details with our team of data engineers.

Who you are:

    • 6+ years experience in advanced analytics, with comfort in query languages like SQL.
    • Experience designing and executing segmentation models 
    • Expertise in multi-channel measurement techniques across owned and operated channels, digital media, offline channels, etc.
    • Experience building attribution models (i.e. first touch, last touch, multi-touch, and marketing mix models) strongly preferred
    • Track record of managing and developing a high performing team of direct reports
    • Clear understanding of key marketing metrics (LTV / CAC, ROI, etc)
    • Bachelors degree in Analytics/Statistics, Marketing or other related field
    • Experience working across multiple teams to get the job done
    • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
    • Self-starter with inquisitive nature
