Founded in 2019, Flex is an early stage NYC-based FinTech startup that is building the infrastructure to enable flexible bill payments for all Americans, starting with a very common and very large expense: rent. Flex enables its users to pay their rent throughout the month on a schedule that better fits their finances, rather than paying the full amount on the first of each month. What you'll do:

Develop and maintain analytical data models

Own and provide data development tools for internal use

Create new ETL processes and optimize existing processes

Provide integration into Reporting tools and provide dashboards and reports

Work closely with tech teams on designing and implementing data solutions

Work closely with business teams to design and implement reporting, policy experiments, as well as measure and evaluate results

Conduct analysis which influence policies we adopt and products we create

Who you are:

Experience writing production level code for data pipelines and real time applications, and contributing to a large code repository

Expert level Python, SQL, and data warehouse modeling skills

Experience with data warehousing and query platform (BigQuery)

Some experience in reporting platforms like Looker/Tableau/Sisense/QlikView

FinTech industry knowledge is a bonus
