What you’ll do:

• Lead, mentor and recruit a group of data analysts focused mainly on product analytics
• Prioritize and execute projects as well as ad-hoc reporting and analysis requests
• Collaborate with different departments: Product, Sales, Marketing, Risk, Finance etc to drive impact, value and insights using data in strategic decision making and throughout the whole product development cycle
• Lead development of automated reports and dashboards to support different departments KPIs and metrics
• Communicate the state of business, experiment results and recommendations to a cross-functional team and leadership
• Own a key and active role in setting the strategy, benchmarks, goals, roadmap and methods to support the short and long term analytics plans
• Search constantly for new technologies, tools and methods to leverage the analytics team performance and capabilities
• Support the growth and development of team members

Who you are:

• At least 5 years of experience as a Data Analyst in a software company
• At least 2 years of team management experience
• Great communication skills, ability to work with product managers, business leads, data engineers, senior management as well as lead strategic cross-company projects
• Ability to display complex quantitative data in a simple, intuitive format and to present findings in a clear and concise manner
• Proven track record of team building and mentoring analysts
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience in developing requirements and formulating business metrics for reporting
• Expert level SQL
• Experience with BI tools, Looker an advantageNice to have: data warehouse modeling skills (big plus if you’ve used data modeling tools such as DBT), experience with scripting languages such as Python
