Coordinated Campaign Data Directors will work with state parties and their Coordinated Campaigns in key battleground states. We are looking for folks with a variety of backgrounds and experience, and are dedicated to building a team that looks like America.

Key Responsibilities & Expectations

    • Work with in-state and national stakeholders to accomplish the following: 
    • Build volunteer recruitment and voter contact target universes for the Organizing Team and other partners
    • Design and build reports and tools for state teams and partners in line with key programmatic priorities, including, but not limited to Organizing, Digital and Voter Protection teams
    • Manage a team that works cohesively to execute projects with accuracy, attention to detail, and within timelines
    • Serve as an in-state VAN administrator
    • Develop and present VAN | Votebuilder training materials in statewide, small group and one-on-one settings
    • Respond to and maintain a ticketing system for data support requests and flags

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

    • At least one previous cycle of campaign experience as a member of an Analytics team, or equivalent political experience in a technical role
    • A desire to thrive in a fast-paced work environment and work with others to implement creative solutions to unique problems
    • Experience using VAN | VoteBuilder at an administrative level
    • A technical skill set that includes proficiency in a variety of programming languages/software such as (but not limited to) MS Excel, Google Suite, SQL, Tableau, Google Data Studio, Javascript, Python, R and QGIS
    • A track record of prioritizing projects with the ability to be both self-directed and to delegate tasks to others
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
