The Opportunity: The Democratic National Committee’s Tech Team is seeking an Insights Analytics Lead to support our ongoing mission of empowering Democrats up and down the ballot to win more elections by running effective, data-driven campaigns.
In this role, you will lead the DNC Analytics Team’s strategic electorate analysis initiatives, equipping the DNC to be a leader in analyzing and understanding trends – in election results, voter registration changes, and more. You will be responsible for leading both historical electoral analysis and future-looking analytics focused on informing DNC resource allocation and program planning for the 2022 election cycle and beyond. You will partner closely with departments across the DNC – communicating the outcomes of analysis to help shape a narrative about the changing electorate, supporting strategic planning and resource allocation decisions across programs, and identifying opportunities for future analysis to proactively address key strategic questions.
We’re looking for a strategic, analytics-minded leader, who can turn data into insights that inform decision-making, and who is adept at communicating technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
Who We Are: We are a fully remote, distributed team living in 19 states and from a variety of backgrounds. Some of us have worked in political campaigns, others in public sector tech, and others in industry. We value diversity in perspective, lived experience, and the many paths one may take into working in political technology. We believe deeply in the promise of breaking the boom-bust cycle of political tech work and building technology infrastructure that will support campaigns from cycle to cycle and will improve with every iteration.
Applications will be considered on a rolling basis.
