With 22 million+ visitors per year, the site enables critical functions across the business, offers self-service for key tasks and enables anytime/anywhere access to products and services, is a growing channel with opportunity to reduce cost of service and sales, and serves as the brand front door; articulates the company story and supports corporate communications functions.

This is a remote position and can be based anywhere within the United States.

How can you make an impact?

McGraw Hill is looking for a Data & Insights Manager to design, implement, and oversee performance measurement and reporting capabilities to provide insights and optimizations to drive higher revenue outcomes for our B2C eCommerce channels.

What you will be doing:

•Developing and leading a web & eCommerce measurement program to enable data-driven decision-making processes through the creation of meaningful reports with actionable insights.

•Working closely with business marketing and web experience teams to understand business requirements, analyze digital activities across multiple channels, and make data-informed optimization recommendations to improve performance results.

•Working in partnership with web experience / UX teams, this position will define analytics approach and measurement standards to inform optimizations to improve customer experience online.

•Working closely with both web experience and technology teams to ensure continuous improvement of data analysis tools and processes.

•Leading the identification and management of tools and processes to monitor, measure, and provide actionable reports on web and eCommerce activities.

•Driving actionable insights to enable business to optimize strategies and enhance ROI.

•Providing B2C eCommerce insights and analysis and help improve data-focused decision-making processes.

We’re looking for someone with:

•A Bachelor’s degree (Master’s degree preferred).

•5+ years of experience in data analytics or similar function with focus on e-commerce analysis and insights.

•High proficiency using analytics, reporting, and data visualization tools.

•Advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
