Our mission: to eliminate every barrier to mental health.

Spring Health is a comprehensive mental health solution for employers and health plans. Unlike any other solution, we use clinically validated technology called Precision Mental Healthcare to pinpoint and deliver exactly what will work for each person  — whether that’s meditation, coaching, therapy, medication, and beyond.

Today, Spring Health serves more than 200 companies, from start-ups to multinational Fortune 500 corporations, and is a preferred mental health provider to companies like General Mills, Guardian, Bain, and Instacart. We have raised over $300 million from prominent investors including Kinnevik, Tiger Global, Northzone, RRE Ventures, Rethink Impact, Work-Bench, William K Warren Foundation, SemperVirens, Able Partners, True Capital Ventures, and a strategic investor, Guardian Life Insurance. Thanks to their partnership, our current valuation has reached $2 billion.

Reporting into the VP of Marketing Operations, you will be a key leader managing a team and accountable for building a center of excellence for marketing technology and analytics.  You will be responsible for creating roadmaps, marketing analytics frameworks and models as well as technology selection, configuration, integrations and administration.  You excel as a boundary spanner translating business needs into solutions and bringing the team along through enablement, training and documentation.  You thrive in complexity, and can cut through the noise.  To you, analytics are as much story and analysis as the math and modeling that drives insights and decisions.  You have previous experience managing a team and hands-on experience with the day-to-day martech and marketing analytics tasks. You are highly organized, thrive in a fast paced environment, and can see the big picture and the path to get there. You exhibit deep organizational and logistical capacity, attention to detail, and project management skills.  You care about making an impact on the mental health of those who belong to our growing client roster.

What you’ll be doing:

    • Lead and manage the development, implementation and execution of marketing data reporting, analysis and modeling used to enhance decision making - ensuring partnership and alignment with Revenue Ops to marketing analytics frameworks and models.
    • Define and implement marketing’s technology vision and strategy in partnership with marketing, revenue and other functions to create a technology roadmap that is aligned across the revenue engine
    • Partner and advise Marketing and Revenue functions on appropriate KPIs, ensure they are designing for you and your team to measure and provide insights.
    • Build functional maturity to the point where you are leading goal setting for the entire marketing function with team-level KPIs connected to organizational OKRs.
    • Create advanced and predictive models such as influence, ROI, marketing mix, propensity to buy, next best offer, and customer lifetime value, then assist marketing teams in applying these models to their functional areas
    • Day to day administration, maintenance and enablement of existing tech stack

What we expect from you:

    • 10+ years of experience with marketing or revenue technology and analytics with previous experience leading a team of technologists and analysts
    • Experience in one or more MAPs, Data Visualization Studios, ABM, CMS, MRM and SFDC
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
