Reporting into the Director of Marketing Technology and Analytics, you will be responsible for defining, maintaining, and reporting on marketing campaign, channels, data quality and overall marketing effectiveness.  While tactically focused, you will contribute to the data and analytics strategy and bring it to life through tactical execution.  Day-to-day you will monitor the uniformity and quality of data records used by marketing, build and maintain demand waterfall, channel and campaign reporting/dashboards as well as quarterly business review data to visualize the value of the marketing function.  You’re ready to roll-up your sleeves and build a world-class marketing analytics practice in partnership with our Revenue Operations and Data teams.  You are data-first but can translate data to the business and tell a story through your analysis and data visualizations.  Your organizational and logistical capacity, attention to detail, and project management skills have multiplied your strengths in data and analytics.  You care about making an impact on the mental health of those who belong to our growing client roster.

What you’ll be doing:

    • Defines and drives all levels of campaign/channel/tactic performance management, reporting, and analytics to provide understanding and visibility across all mediums of marketing activities. Understands specific business details related to the necessary data to ensure relevant and thorough analytics and reporting.
    • Document partner data/reporting requirements and manage roadmap development
    • Analyzes marketing metrics proactively, interprets and publishes results to provide insights into all facets of marketing performance and recommends changes for improvements.
    • Conduct regular audits, gap analysis and clean-up programs 
    • Ensure all marketing activities are appropriately configured to capture KPIs
    • Prepare and present marketing performance metrics at team meetings
    • Partner with Marketing Operations Manager, RevOps and Data teams to ensure appropriate data capture, technology integration/configuration and privacy/compliance requirements are met and managed.
    • Project Management of analytics projects led by marketing or SME for Marketing on Enterprise or Revenue team data/analytics projects.

What we expect from you:

    • 5+ years of professional experience in Marketing or Business Analytics
    • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Marketing or related discipline - Preferred. 
    • Data/Analytics Certification or Technology Certification
    • Proficient in modeling, data aggregation and building reports in Tableau, Lookr or other visualization platform 
    • Familiarity with reporting in Google Analytics, MAP, SFDC and other MarTech technologies
    • Able to work in SQL, R, Python of JS as needed to support data modeling and analysis
    • Project management - on-time delivery and simplifying processes
    • Attention to details - data, sources, integrations, consent and compliance
    • Growth mindset.
