    • Ensure the consistency of data across systems, working with teams to prevent unnecessary redundancy and promote clear identification of single sources of truth.
    • Collaborate with the platform engineering team on data warehouse schema designs and structure of optimal data pipelines
    • Be responsible for optimization and service management of Snowflake data warehouse including logs, backups, restores, and ongoing maintenance
    • Create and propose technical design documentation which includes current and future functionality, database objects affected, specifications, flows and diagrams to detail the proposed implementation
    • Evolve our data flows and data models as business needs change and new systems are integrated.
    • Collaborate, mentor and guide a team of innovative data scientists, analysts and data engineers working on core pieces of our data infrastructure, pipelines, and the data models underlying all our products and operations.

What we expect from you:

    • You are passionate about changing the face of mental health care and Spring Health’s mission to remove all barriers to mental health resonates with you
    • 5+ years of working experience building analytical infrastructure and business logic layers that power reporting and enable data driven decision making
    • You have a solid understanding of data modeling in relational and non-relational paradigms.
    • You are an expert in advanced SQL and creating ETL/ELT pipelines.
    • You are able to write high-quality code in Python, R or related analytic languages.
    • You have experience implementing and designing data warehouses using databases such as Snowflake, AWS Redshift, or BigQuery
