Analytics are foundational to Product development at ezCater. We are seeking a Director of Product Analytics to build and lead the Product Analytics team and function to help drive customer insights and power our Product decisions.  You will be a key partner to Product Leadership as we invest in rapid growth and product development across both sides of our marketplace. You and your team will work in partnership with product managers, designers and engineering leaders to identify high-impact, actionable opportunities across our customer facing, order fulfillment and caterer facing product offerings.

What You'll Do:

• Lead the strategic roadmap for, and expansion of, ezCater’s product analytics function
• Support customer-facing growth, loyalty and e-commerce platforms as well as the tools our catering partners and internal teams rely on.
• Lead Product testing strategy.  Identify and pursue opportunities through an iterative test-and-learn approach using a variety of both controlled and natural experiment techniques.
• Partner closely with data engineering, product management and FP&A teams to ensure timely and accurate forecasting, measurement and impact analysis
• Oversee delivery of self-service reporting to enable business management 
• Develop and drive scalable processes focused on delivering actionable ad hoc analytics across the Product organization 
• Lead, develop and mentor a team of business analysts and BI specialists.

What You Have:

• An outcome focused approach to analytics oriented towards driving business value
• 10+ years of product or e-commerce analytics experience with 5+ years of analytics leadership experience
• Experience working with business leadership to implement measurement and optimization frameworks across teams and technology platforms
• Strong problem solving skills with an eye towards using data to find win-win solutions through market growth
• Proficiency in SQL required.  Experience with Python or R preferred 
• Expertise in e-commerce and product analytics tools and measurement frameworks (Google Analytics and Heap a plus) 
• Proven ability to mentor, coach and collaborate with a broad stakeholder group working cross functionally
• Comfort with multi-tasking in a very fast-paced work environment
