Thrive Market is seeking a Growth Marketing Analyst to play a key role in uncovering trends on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis for performance and strategy enhancement. Your experience in marketing analytics and attribution will be vital as you collaborate with the team, challenging current practices and contributing to their refinement. In this role, you'll be instrumental in reshaping our internal ecosystem, transitioning away from a reliance on last click and last touch, and providing mathematical support for advanced return theory. Additionally, your responsibilities include guiding the marketing team on internal reporting best practices, and ensuring accuracy as the source of truth validation.
