  • Develop predictive models for both business and clinical applications, helping the teams understand how decisions we make now may impact the future
  • Lead the dissemination of those models’ output to a range of stakeholders, both technical and non-technical, ensuring teams understand how to use the predictions to effectively make decisions for our business
  • Contribute to the technical tooling we develop to support predictive modeling more broadly
  • Shape the team’s set of best practices and guidelines for defining, building, testing, and deploying models

What we expect from you: (Qualification ex. education, experience, etc.)

  • You are humble, highly motivated, and thrive in fast-paced environments
  • You have a proven ability to proactively manage your own priorities and dependencies in alignment with cross-functional dependencies and product/business impact
