Hi, we're Oscar. We're hiring a Manager for CRM Data Operations join our Marketing and Communications team.

About the role

As the Manager, CRM Data Operations, you will lead the data operations CRM team to manage our member and broker datasets, build audience queries and segments for marketing campaigns, and report out campaign performance insights to key partners across the broader marketing team.

You will play an integral part in ensuring our campaigns are executed end-to-end and that they meet established KPIs.

You will report to the Associate Director, CRM. This is a remote / work-from-home role. You must reside in one of the following states: Arizona, California, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, or Washington. Responsibilities

  • Partner with our Member Engagement and Growth Marketing teams to build segmentation queries, QA builds and launch new campaigns.
  • Oversee CRM campaigns to ensure they run as expected, and troubleshoot issues.
  • Develop a reporting framework to document and share campaign performance and insights.
  • Work with our data team to develop and maintain reporting dashboards.
  • Support survey builds and reporting with the Consumer Insights lead.
  • Support cross-training, problem solving, and knowledge management across the organization.
  • Manage two Sr. Operations Analysts.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or other technical field of study or at 4+ years of consummate amount of work experience
  • At least 4 years of professional experience with a primary focus on marketing analytics or marketing operations
  • Statistical programming experience (SQL, Python)

Bonus Points

  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and Google Sheets/Excel
  • Knowledge of BI tools such as Periscope, Looker, Tableau
  • Experience in a regulated industry like insurance, banking.
  • Experience managing direct reports
